Weekend Skillet Breakfast
|Turkey bacon slices||12 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces (Louis Richa)|
|Potato||1 Medium, peeled and cut into small cubes|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced (With Tops)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg substitute/4 eggs beaten||8 Ounce (1 Carton Cholesterol Free)|
Place Turkey Bacon and potato in nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium heat about 12 minutes, stirring frequently until potatoes are fork-tender.
Stir in onions and chili powder; pour egg substitute evenly over mixture.
Cover; reduce heat to low.
Cook 5 minutes more or until mixture is set.
Cut into wedges.
