Ingredients
  Turkey bacon slices 12 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces (Louis Richa)
  Potato 1 Medium, peeled and cut into small cubes
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced (With Tops)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg substitute/4 eggs beaten 8 Ounce (1 Carton Cholesterol Free)
Directions

Place Turkey Bacon and potato in nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium heat about 12 minutes, stirring frequently until potatoes are fork-tender.
Stir in onions and chili powder; pour egg substitute evenly over mixture.
Cover; reduce heat to low.
Cook 5 minutes more or until mixture is set.
Cut into wedges.
