Quickie Chicken With Stuffing
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bread stuffing mix||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken gravy||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Minced onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Skin and bone chicken breasts, split.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
Spread in shallow 2 quart baking pan.
Place chicken pieces on stuffing.
Saute onions with butter in small bowl 1/2 minutes in Radarange oven.
Mix with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover with plastic film wrap.
Cook in oven 12 minutes, turning dish completely around once.
Chicken should be fork tender.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Cut in squares to serve.
