  Onion 1 , grated
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Cooked chestnuts 1 Pound
  Pitted prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), quartered, broken into large pieces
  Pignolia nuts 1⁄4 Pound
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown onion and beef in the butter.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Stuff bird and truss.
