|Toasted bread slices||4 , crumbled|
|Cornbread||1 Medium, crumbled|
|Turkey stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stalk celery||1 , chopped|
|Onions||3 Large, chopped|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix toast and cornbread crumbs with enough turkey stock so that mixture will not be stiff.
Add the eggs, celery, onion, and butter.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sage.
Bake at 325CF about 1 hour.
