Leeks and Potatoes Au Gratin
|Medium white sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Required)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Cook the leeks in boiling water; boil and slice the potatoes; arrange the vegetables in a baking dish, and pour the white sauce over them.
3.Add the cheese, bread-crumbs and seasoning, and bake (350Â° F.) for 15 minutes.
4.Serve with salads
