Dill New Potatoes
|New potatoes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper grains||To Taste|
Wash and scrape potatoes.
Put into a saucepan with enough boiling water to make 1 inch in bottom of pan.
Add salt, cover tightly, and cook about 15 minutes, or until tender.
Remove cover and keep over low heat until all moisture is evaporated.
Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
