Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Pound
  Minced dill 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
Cook in water to cover in covered pot until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain; do not peel.
Place in serving bowl; cut in quarters or halves; sprinkle with pepper and dill.
