Potatoes With Grated Cheese
|Grated potatoes||1 3⁄4 Pound|
|Grated cantal cheese/Grated gruyere cheese||7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (CrÃ¨me Fraiche)|
Put the butter in a small dish, 9 inches (22 cm) in diameter and melt in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Make sure the butter covers the base of the dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour 1 1/4 cups (300 ml/1/2 pint) of water over.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes.
Add the cheese and sour cream (creme fraiche) to the potatoes.
Stir carefully with a fork, making sure that no cheese is left on the surface.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
