Potato, Cheese, and Kale Puree for Toddlers

Kale is a powerhouse of nutrition. It’s packed full of vitamin C and beta-carotene which are important anti-oxidants for a healthy immune system.
  Potatoes/Russet or yukon gold 2 Large, chopped finely
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Whole milk/Water 2 Tablespoon
  Mild cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated

1. In a steamer pot, put potatoes and boil.
2. Add kale and cook till potatoes are tender.
3. In a food processor, combine potatoes and kale and blend till smooth.
4. Add water if you want the puree to be less thick.

5. Cool and serve.
