Potatoes/Russet or yukon gold
2 Large, chopped finely
1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
Mild cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoon, grated
1. In a steamer pot, put potatoes and boil.
2. Add kale and cook till potatoes are tender.
3. In a food processor, combine potatoes and kale and blend till smooth.
4. Add water if you want the puree to be less thick.
