Simple Scalloped Potatoes With Butter

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1
Directions

Peel potatoes and slice very thin.
Place layer in greased baking dish, sprinkle with floor, salt, and pepper, and dot with butter repeat three times.
Fill dish with milk until it can be seen at the top, cover, and bake in moderate oven (350 F.) until potatbes are tender, about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Remove cover for last 15 minutes to allow top to brown.
Serve in baking dish.
