|Hot milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Boil potatoes in skins, peel, and force through a strainer.
Add milk, butter or margarine, salt pepper, and baking powder, and beat until creamy.
Serve hot with additional butter or margarine.
