New Potatoes With Mint And Chives

Ingredients
  New potatoes 12 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Mint sprig 1 Large
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash the potatoes, but do not peel them.
Place them in a pan, pour boiling water over them, salt and a sprig of mint.
Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through but still firm.
Drain the potatoes.
Add the butter, chopped mint and chives, and shake the pan to get each potato well covered with the butter and herbs.
Season with freshly ground pepper.
