Potatoes Suzette

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Hot milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Eggs 6
  Buttered crumbs 6 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare as for potatoes on the half shell.
Refill the shell almost to the top, break an egg into each opening, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with buttered crumbs that have been mixed with grated cheese and bake in a slow oven (250°-350° F.) long enough to set the egg and brown lightly.
