Easy Au Gratin Potatoes With Sour Cream
|Hash browns/O'brien potatoes||32 Ounce (Fresh, 1 Package Of 32 Ounce)|
|Condensed cream of potato soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans Of 10.75 Ounce Each)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and sour cream in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 18 to 22 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
Stir in sour cream and sprinkle cheddar cheese over top
