Dill New Potatoes
|Red potatoes||3 Pound|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Lightly scrub potatoes.
Pare a band around center of each potato.
Cover with water; boil about 30 minutes until tender.
Combine butter, parsley and dill weed.
Just before serving, spoon dilled butter mixture over potatoes.
