Spring Time Potatoes

Ingredients
  Canned potatoes 16 Ounce
  Cucumber 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Radishes 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Chopped green onion 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat potatoes thoroughly; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently (do not boil).
Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes; toss lightly to coat evenly.
