Delmonico Potatoes

Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Medium white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Buttered crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix potatoes and sauce, add salt and pepper, and pour into a buttered baking dish; cover with crumbs and bake ten minutes in a hot oven (400° F.).
Add 1/4 cup diced cooked pimiento to white sauce.
The crumbs may be omitted and the potatoes sprinkled with grated cheese or grated cheese may be mixed with crumbs.
