|Cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Medium white sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Buttered crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix potatoes and sauce, add salt and pepper, and pour into a buttered baking dish; cover with crumbs and bake ten minutes in a hot oven (400Â° F.).
Add 1/4 cup diced cooked pimiento to white sauce.
The crumbs may be omitted and the potatoes sprinkled with grated cheese or grated cheese may be mixed with crumbs.
