Unforgettable Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Red potatoes 5 , peeled and cubed
  Russet potatoes 5 , peeled and cubed
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About .5 Stick)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place enough salted water to cover the potatoes in a large kettle.
Bring to a boil.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender but still firm; drain.
Saute the onion in the butter for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Combine the potatoes, onion mixture, cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mash with a potato masher, then beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
