Branding Potatoes

Ingredients
  Frozen hash brown potatoes 32 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted (About 2 Sticks)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crushed cornflakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine the hash brown potatoes, half the butter, salt, pepper, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and shredded cheese in a large bowl; mix well.
Spoon into a buttered 9x13inch baking dish.
Combine the cornflakes and remaining 1/2 cup melted butter in a small bowl; mix well.
Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
