Country Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Pound, peeled
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Cut the potatoes in 1/2 inch dice.
Fry gently in butter until golden brown.
Add garlic to the pan just before serving and mix well.
