Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1
  Onions 1 , diced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
Put butter or nonstick spray to cover inside of ovenproof dish.
Layer potatoes and onions in dish and sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, flour and dabs of butter, ending with seasonings on top.
Add milk until baking dish is filled to 3/4 mark.
Bake, uncovered, in 350°F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
