Grandma Blott'S Mashed Potatoes

|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion salt/Onion powder||2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Pinch|
|Butter/Bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
Cook peeled potatoes.
Drain and mash.
Add remaining ingredients (except butter and crumbs) and beat.
Place in large greased casserole.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, about 1/2 cup.
Bake, uncovered, at 300Â°F for 30 minutes
