|Baking potato||1 Large|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Paprika/Margarine||To Taste, melted|
Scrub potato; cut in half lengthwise.
Make diagonal slashes, about 1/8 inch deep in cut surface of potato, forming crisscross pattern.
Brush cut surfaces with butter; season with salt.
Place in small shallow pan or on piece of foil.
Bake in hot oven (400Â°) for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle potato with paprika.
Bake 10 minutes more or till done.
