Mashed Potatoes And Carrots
|Boiling potatoes||4 , peeled and cut into chunks|
|Skim milk||6 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Carrots||2 Large, scrubbed and cut into chunks|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and carrots and return to pot.
Mash with a large fork or potato masher.
Stir in milk, dill, and black pepper.
