Mashed Potatoes And Carrots

Ingredients
  Boiling potatoes 4 , peeled and cut into chunks
  Skim milk 6 Tablespoon
  Dried dill leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Carrots 2 Large, scrubbed and cut into chunks
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and carrots and return to pot.
Mash with a large fork or potato masher.
Stir in milk, dill, and black pepper.
