|Sliced cooked potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (To Grease)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Arrange potatoes in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix sour cream with eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
