Easy Ag Gratin Potato-Tomato

The easy potao tomato augratin is a veggie augratin that can be prepared in a microwave. Simply cooked with au gratin potatoes and milk along with sauce mix and butter, the potato tomato au gratin also contains mushrooms. Finished with tomatoes and crouton topping, the potato tomato augratin can be served with a salad.
Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Au gratin potatoes 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
Directions

Cover and microwave water to boiling in 3 quart casserole, 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir in potato slices, Sauce Mix, milk, margarine and mushrooms.
Cover and microwave until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in tomato; top with croutons.
