Scalloped Potato Variations
Prepare 1 package (5.5 ounces) scalloped potatoes as directed except try one of the following easy variations:
Blue Cheese: Stir in 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese with the butter.
Mushroom: Stir in 1 can (3 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained, or 1/2 cup sauteed sliced fresh mushrooms.
Sour Cream: Substitute 2/3 cup dairy sour cream for the milk.
