Spicy French Fries
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
Scrub the potatoes and remove any blemishes.
Cut each potato into fries, about 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches in length.
Sprinkle the oil and lemon juice over the fries and let stand for 5 minutes.
Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in the grill widthwise (horizontally) and sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt.
Grill for 7-9 minutes, or until tender.
