Yukon Gold Potato Wedges
|Yukon gold potatoes||4|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Scrub the potatoes and remove any blemishes.
Cut each potato into 12 small wedges and place in a plastic bag.
Add the pepper, salt and onion powder and shake the bag to coat the potatoes.
Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in a single layer in the grill and cook for about 7-9 minutes, or until tender.
Repeat the process with any remaining wedges.
