Dijon Parsley Potatoes
|Potatoes||3 Large, baking|
|Dijon mustard||4 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finley minced|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Clean the potatoes and cut each into 1/4 inch thick cubes.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in the grilland; lightly coat with Dijon mustard.
Sprinkle with the green onions, parsley and pepper.
Grill for about 7-9 minutes, or until tender.
