Meat'N Potato Roll-Ups
|Instant mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chopped onion||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bologna slice||8 Large|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package.
Stir in green pepper, onion and mustard.
Place about 1/4 cup potato mixture on each bologna slice; roll up and secure with wooden pick.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
