Mustard Greens And Potatoes

Ingredients
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Mustard greens 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Cubed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Rinse salt from pork, set aside.
Remove stems from mustard greens.
Wash leaves thoroughly, tear into bite-size pieces.
Place greens in a large Dutch oven (do not add water).
Add pork, cover and cook over high heat 10 minutes or until pork is tender.
Drain.
Add cubed potatoes and 1 cup water; cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
