Browned New Potatoes

|New potatoes||16 Small|
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Scrub potatoes, peel a strip around center of each potato.
Place in a baking pan, and bake at 400Â° for 25 minutes or until almost done.
Fry in hot oil (375Â°) until browned and tender.
Serve with assorted sauces.
