Browned New Potatoes

Ingredients
  New potatoes 16 Small
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Scrub potatoes, peel a strip around center of each potato.
Place in a baking pan, and bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until almost done.
Fry in hot oil (375°) until browned and tender.
Serve with assorted sauces.
