Vegetable-Cheese Potato Topper

Ingredients
  Low fat yogurt 8 Ounce
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cucumber 1 Tablespoon
  Grated green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours, spoon over baked potatoes.
