Cheesy Caraway Potatoes
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking potato||4 Large, unpeeled and cut into 2 x 0.5-inch strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded|
Combine butter and seasonings in a large skillet, heat until butter melts.
Add potatoes and onion, stirring well.
Cover and cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook 1 minute or until cheese melts.
