Crispy New Potatoes
|Small new potatoes||750 Gram (1.5 Pound)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped spring onion||2 Tablespoon (Green Shallot)|
1 Preheat the oven to 200C (400F/Gas 6). Scrub the potatoes, dry well and place in a roasting tin. In a small bowl, mix together the oil, paprika, oregano, spring onion (shallot), salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes and turn until evenly coated.
2 Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes, until tender, stirring once or twice during cooking. Serve hot
