Parsley New Potatoes
|New potatoes||1 Pound|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut a /2-inch strip of peel from around the middle of each potato.
Place potatoes in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring once during cooking time.
Drain potatoes and stir in parsley, butter, salt, and pepper.
