Scalloped Liver And Potatoes
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Boil the potatoes in their jackets; when done, peel and cut in slices.
Drop the liver in boiling salted water and cook from 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut into small pieces.
Grease a baking dish.
Cover the bottom with a layer of potatoes, add a layer of liver, and sprinkle with onions, green peppers, and seasoning.
Repeat until the ingredients are used.
Add milk and bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (350 F).
