|Margarine/Butter melted||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Scrub potatoes thoroughly with a brush.
To slice, lay potatoes on their narrow side and slice at 1/2-inch intervals, slicing three-fourths of the way through potato.
Place potatoes, cut side up, in a WeberÂ® 8x5 1/4 -inch aluminum pan.
Combine margarine, salt, and pepper.
Brush potatoes with some of the margarine mixture.
Cover pan with foil.
Place pan in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 55 to 60 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
Just before serving, brush again with margarine mixture.
