Stuffed Baked Potatoes
|Baking potatoes||24 Ounce|
|Melted margarine/Butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Ounce|
Scrub potatoes; pat dry.
Prick potatoes with fork.
Micro-cook on 100% power (high) 13 to 16 minutes, rearranging once.
Halve potatoes lengthwise.
Gently scoop out each potato half, leaving thin shell.
Beat or mash hot potato pulp with margarine.
Mix in sour cream.
Mound mixture into shells; place in a 8x5 1/4 inch aluminum pan.
Place pan in center of cooking grill.
Grill 30 minutes or till potatoes are heated through.
Top each with some of the cheese.
Grill 2 minutes more or till cheese melts.
