Aalu, Matar Shorwedaar

Ingredients
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Green ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 1 Pound
  Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Warm water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Amchur 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a kadhai, heat ghee and sauté onion and cumin until golden.
2) Add next 7 ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir constantly.
3) Add salt and water and bring to a boil.
4) Let it simmer on medium heat until cooked for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
5) Add last 3 ingredients in order of listing and serve hot.
