Turnips And Potatoes
|Cubed turnips||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|New cubed potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Cook turnips and potatoes separately in lightly salted boiling water.
Melt butter and add onion.
Cook gently 2 minutes.
Add well drained turnip and potato cubes and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook gently, stirring, until vegetables are hot and lightly browned.
Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley.
