Roasted Potato with Garlic
|Garlic clove||4 Medium, crushed|
|Sea salt||1 Pinch|
|Cracked black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (to taste)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|White truffle oil||1⁄10 Milliliter|
1 Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F.
2 Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
3 In a roasting pan, put the cubed potatoes.
4 Crush the garlic cloves and add to the pan.
5 Add a whole sprig of rosemary and sage to the pan.
6 Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
7 Drizzle with some olive oil.
8 Add about 2 drops of white truffle oil to make the potatoes silky.
9 Using your hands, toss the potatoes to coat evenly.
10 Place in the oven to roast for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
11 Remove and discard the rosemary and sage sprigs.
12 Serve with some Parmesan cheese (optional)
