Russet potatoes | 5 Large , wedged | |
Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
All purpose seasoning | To Taste (Grand Diamond) | |
Kosher salt | To Taste | |
Black pepper | To Taste | |
White truffle oil | To Taste | |
Garlic | 8 Clove (40 gm) , mince | |
Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated | |
Fresh italian parsley | 3 Tablespoon , chop |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Prepare a parchment paper lined baking tray.
MAKING
3. In a bowl place the potatoes and coat it with vegetable oil.
4. Add the grand diamond seasoning, salt and pepper, season the potatoes well.
5. On a baking tray place the potatoes wedges skin side down.
6. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
7. In a bowl pour the truffle oil on the sides of the bowl, place the roasted potatoes in it, give it a good toss.
8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, Italian parsley and garlic.
SERVING
9. Serve with burgers if you like.
