Want a ridiculously easy one pot side dish? Then this recipe is for you. Its a great way to spice up that boring ol potato.
Unsalted butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
Fingerling potatoes | 2 Pound , rinsed | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Fresh dill | 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely |
MAKING
1. In a Dutch oven, over medium high heat, put the butter and allow it to melt.
2. Drop in whole potatoes, salt, and pepper and stir well to coat.
3. Put the lid on tightly and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes, occasionally shaking the pot to turn the potatoes.
4. After 20 minutes take off the lid, insert a small knife in potatoes, to check they are tender.
5. Sprinkle chopped dill on top and toss, to coat.
SERVING
6. Serve hot as desired.
