Herbed Neiu Potatoes

Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  New potatoes 8 Small
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped chives 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped dill 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Boil potatoes without peeling.
Drain; if desired, remove skins.
Combine butter or margarine, parsley, chives, dill, thyme and salt; add to potatoes.
Set pan over very low heat 5—10 minutes; stir potatoes carefully to coat with melted herb butter
