French Fries

Cooking french fries from fresh potatoes tastes so much better than the frozen ones. You can even leave the skin on. Cutting the potatoes into circular slices is less challenging than the usual shape. Make sure your oil is properly heated before frying. I recommend using safflower or sunflower oil and don't reuse the oil, please. Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , sliced into rounds (with peel)
  Sunflower oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat a pan of oil on high.
2. Add the potatoes into the oil, one by one.
3. Cover the lid of the pan and let the french fries cook for about 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. Transfer the french fries to a plate and serve as the perfect side dish that goes with anything.
