Potato Casuelitas

Ingredients
  Masa flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for tamales)
  Idaho potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lard 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), hot
  Queso quesadilla cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chipotle powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lime salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl take masa flour, lard, salt and baking soda.
2. Mix it using a blender for 1 – 2 minutes.
3. Add hot water to the mixture and stir with the help of blender.
4. After that add grated queso quesadilla cheese, mashed potatoes, garlic salt, chipotle powder and lime salt. Mix well.
5. Take the dough and roll it with hand and give it a cup size shape.
6. Deep fry these Casuelitas.

SERVING
7. After deep frying fill Casuelitas with Carnitas, garnish with cheese and avocado to serve.
