Easy, Cheesy Potato And Ham Tart

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, diced
  Mozzarella cheese curd 8 Ounce, cubed
  Fontina cheese 4 Ounce
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Ham 4 Ounce, thinly sliced and chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Medium, beaten
  Italian bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Dice and boil the potatoes.
2.Preheat the oven at 400 degrees.

MAKING
3.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
4.Spray cooking oil in a baking pan and sprinkle the base with Italian breadcrumbs.
5.Fill the baking pan with the potato mixture.
6.Spread potato mixture evenly in the pan and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs on top.
7.Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven.
8.Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

SERVING
9.Cut into pieces and serve.
