Tiny Potato Appetizer
|Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tiny potatoes||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained, No. 303)|
Melt butter in chafing dish; add 1 teaspoon stock base.
Add potatoes; stir to coat well.
Simmer, covered, until heated through.
Sprinkle potatoes with paprika; serve with wooden picks.
Stir chives into sour cream.
Garnish with additional chives, if desired.
